Because the HalenVox30 package is delivered as an immediate digital download, sales are generally final after access has been provided, except where required by law.
Duplicate or technical issues
Contact us promptly if you were charged more than once, received the wrong product, or cannot access the download. We will verify the transaction and provide a reasonable remedy.
Personalized review
A personalized review may be cancelled for a full refund before substantive review work begins or a scheduled session occurs. Once work has begun, refunds may be limited to the unperformed portion, subject to applicable law and the agreed scope.
How to request help
Email Email support and include the purchaser name, purchase email, approximate transaction date, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card numbers.
